  They allowed a large fraudulent purchase to go through, and then refused to refund my money within a reasonable time frame. You shouldn't have to wait 7-30 days to be refunded for something that is 100% THE FAULT OF THE BANK! Edit: I did contact customer care via phone and was hung up on. Your in person staff was also rude. I am finally getting my money thanks to ONLY ONE COMPETENT CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISOR. If Region's really cared AT ALL, then they would have made it right to begin with, not give me the run around and then ask me to email them.

  Let me explain first my mom has a account at this location. She is handicapp and not always able to get out of the house. So she wrote a check out to me in my name give that and my i.d to teller. We are in drive thru for over 30 minutes. First she comes back and says do you have a account? I explained the situation then she comes back and tells me she can't cash because my license is expired. We are in a pandemic the dmv is closed I ex0lain this to her also. She then says one second. They call my mom to verify she wrote the check. All of this is in steps and is taking well over 30 minutes. I have never been treated so bad at a bank and made to feel like I'm a thief. Lets just say I have two accounts with two separate banks. I would never have a account at this establishment. I would not want my friends or family ridiculed the way I was made to feel!

  ONLY giving 5 stars here because of one of the ladies who assisted me in drive through. She was kind and patient with me. The other women who work here are curt and rude.

  I've been going to Regions since before they were even a Regions, and I've been using the bank in my town for well over 5 years. Everytime I go in or swing by the drive thru I'm greeted with the same smiling faces that I've grown to know and adore. They are always so helpful, and no matter how big or small the problem is they are always willing to help. Wether you're the first person in the door that morning or you've stopped by right before close they're always there with big hearts and a helping hand.

  The ladies here Allen and a fake name Kearen tried to steal my money they did not put my money an my account. I had to call and correct the problem but this want be the end.
