  I've been banking with regions for several years, primarily dealing with this branch. I've had great experiences with several of their bankers. I dealt with another banker named Misty recently. Would not reccomend. Definitely opt for John or Karen if you have the option.

  We have had personal and business checking here for several years. Never had any problems and Mackenzie has always been helpful for us.

  The people are nice, but never once has the atm accepted my cash deposit. I still try it whenever I need to deposit cash, but it always fails me. You'd think after a year I would learn that it just isn't going to accept it and that I'll just be driving around with hundreds of dollars in cash that could get really lost or stolen, but I still do it. Maybe it's misguided hope. Maybe it's a faith in people and technology that, though it takes a beating, continues to persevere. Of course, can I really be mad that the atm refuses to accept my money while I refuse to accept that it will refuse to accept my money? Aren't those two sides if the same coin? Haven't we both erred and can learn to forgive each other? Maybe, but it still really gets my goat.

  I agree Misty at the hermitage branch on Lebanon road is the worst bank I've been too defiantly don't like Misty and I am probably going to close my account and go with a different bank where the staff are friendly

  Legit, the worst location I've been to. Atm is always down and the staff is unfriendly as can be.

  2:35pm, Oct 9, 2018. Stopped at drive thru teller. Unscceptable wait time with just three cars. Teller very unfriendly.
