  I've been here 3 times to discuss a loan. Every time they had told me they will do something and didn't do it. not even attempted to send an email or call me back. I would like to speak with someone who actually wants to make money not someone who wants to sit in a chair all day and make promises then not even attempt to accomplish.

  There are 8 windows in this bank with 2 people in here right now. One is counting money and the other is on her computer doing who knows WHAT, I’m the only one in line. I waited for about 5 minutes... what kind of service is this? TERRIBLE.

  I love the customer service but I am constantly waiting forever in line. Why is there only one person behind the window and a line every time I walk in? Getting frustrating

  OMG!! awful everything time I come here to make a deposit they have a long line there always 2 talers there with 8 window SMH. Would have given 0 stars !
