  Horrible customer service. Ryan Kinley, Financial Relationship Consultant, has given my sister and I the run around for over a month after requesting an IRA distribution for our deceased father's account. We have followed up multiple times only to be told that the checks are lost or sitting in a FedEx facility with an unknown delivery date. Our family has both personal and business accounts with this branch that we will now consider closing and moving to a better financial institution. I would not recommend them for your banking of financial needs. Hector - I recommend that you conduct an internal investigation of this matter with Ryan Kinley and the Branch Manager since they have not delivered on their promise to disburse the funds to us. I have nothing more to say.

  Great Regions Bank Branch. Have been banking there for over 25 years since the days of Union Planters Bank. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of them have been there for over 10 years. Wonderful to deal with the same people over the years that know you and know your banking history. Awesome Manager, Staff and Tellers.

  This bank is amazing! I have been in business for ten years, and of course, had a personal bank before that. I've banked with Barnett (if you've been in Florida long enough to remember that one), Nations Bank, Bank of American, and Citibank. By far, Regions Bank has been the best. I started banking at the Plantation Regions Bank under the previous bank manager, who was wonderful and gave each of his customers personal attention - I am not a wealthy person, but he treated me like I was just as important. Then, Laurie Stumpo became the manger, and she has been equally amazing. Banking at Regions is a personal experience. They get to know you and help you with what you need. As a business owner in Plantation, their partnership has helped my business thrive. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with them, which is rare to find that kind of customer service nowadays!

  I actually bank here and I for the most part never have an issue here except when the atm doesn't work but goes through the whole process of taking your cash and acting as if it's going to work and then all of a sudden starts spitting the money out and I didn't know the first time this happened and it was a bit windy and my money started blowing around the parking lot and it wasn't a small amount. Other than that they're good.

  The atm steals ur money when it works...but it never does. U can't make deposits in atm ever...and the hours are to 4pm ..people have jobs. Worst regions. I'm probably just going to cancel my account with them because they are so terrible

  Day 6 on a check hold. Client says funds left there account 3days ago. Bank esle where this is obsurd. Dont waste your time.

  1 hour and 30min hold. For fraud department. And going. It's so difficult to bank with regions. I mean you try and try and try. Smh

  Why why why does your Atm never work!!! So frustrating when the branches are so far apart. Please please please fix this!
