  My parents just bought their dreams house last month it was a big surprise for me and my Brother because we had no idea what they were up to. On behalf of my parents I would like to say thanks to Marsha and Tracy for taking their time and efforts to make this purchase as easy as my parents described, you guys are unbelievable beyond expectations. Marsha and Tracy, my brother and I are so grateful that you guys make not only our parents dreams come true but ours too. Kamps mortgage is the best mortgage company that you can drop all your documents without any stress and you best believe it you won’t regret it.

  I had an awesome experience! Marsha was recommended by a friend and I have no regrets. Very professional, yet warm & friendly. She was always available, weekends day and night. She didn't just give me the minimum. She had great communication skills, set my expectations, followed up and guided me through every step of the process. Lastly, I liked the ease of the portal to upload the various documents needed, and the ability to see sort of a checklist and what was missing. Bottom line, I was 100% satisfied with my experience with Marsha Allen & the Kamps Mortgage team. P.S. Phil Brown with the title company was an absolute joy to work with an well.

  Marsha and her team come second to none. From the time we were first introduced and even after we've closed she has provided nothing but exceptional service. Prompt, responsive, and courteous. Enlightens and explains the process thoroughly as well as addresses any concerns or uncertainties you may have. There wasn't a time where she couldn't take my call or respond to an email/text. I can tell this just isn't a career for her. Extremely passionate about her profession. I felt comfortable and never had a doubt when dealing with Marsha and her team.

  Called Marsha at Kamps with questions about refinancing our home. Within days Marsha and Tracy had all paperwork finalized and we were ready to close within 2 wks. Between Marsha and Tracy we were informed every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. They made the process quick and painless. Can't say enough about the excellent service we received at Kamps.
