  This branch is horrible. Rose is the worst. Nobody at this branch wants to work and they are rude. If a person takes the time to come into a bank it is because they want in person service not a person directing them to go online. They do anything to keep from working here. They rarely answer the phone. When you make an appointment you still have to wait 30 minutes. Suntrust and Truist have lost my business forever. Suntrust is not what it was 10 years ago.

  If I could give 0 stars I would!! I went to the drive thru this morning to make a withdrawal from my account. The teller at the window was so rude and unhuman. Even with multiple forms of Id my social and my online banking she would not allow me make a withdrawal from my account without my debit card which I explained to her that i had it canceled due to strange activity the day prior. She did not want to take any extra steps to assist me. Pure laziness!!!! I went to another suntrust the teller I had was great with a wonderful attitude she made calls for me and I was allowed to make a withdrawal from my account with no issues

  Location on Broward boulevard has relocated & the staff had little to no information to offer about this. When I finally found the new location there was only one working lane in the drive-thru. Get it together Suntrust! As if your archaic technology & sloth-like service weren't enough, now this? I've been a loyal customer since 2001, but not for much longer unless things improve after this merger with BB&T.

  Horrible bank experience, personnel is arrogant and not nice. The bank is extremely slow and inefficient in customer service, I also use other banks and they are much more efficient and customer centric than SunTrust. The manager in this branch is not helpful at all. Operating hours are not helpful at all for anyone that has a job (opens at 9am and closes at 4pm). Personnel in the branch definitely needs training they are not presented as subject matter experts and are extremely slow, I would definitely recommend using any alternatively such as Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America...

  The people who work here are so rude, I was here first and the lady takes someone else before me. She always seems to have an attitude. I will never come back here again.

  Tried to cash a Suntrust personal check and they told me there was a 7 dollar check cashing fee. A SUNTRUST CHECK! What? I left. Theives.

  IF NEGATIVE STARS CAN BE GIVEN THIS BANK DESERVES IT..SERVICE IS THE WORST, BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING RIGHT..
