Mark “Orion”1I will never go to this branch again. I get there at 1pm today (Friday) and there is one couple waiting in front of me. There's only 2 people working there even though there are several offices. One is taking care of the drive thru and one for customer service. I waited nearly 30 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. It's ridiculous that there is only one person helping people on a Friday.

Joe Byall1If you’re curious about the kind of people who are responsible for the next wave of covid: look no further. It’s the “I got my vaccine so I don’t need a mask” crowd. Need I say that Pinellas County is still under a mask ordinance? Because we still have a mask mandate. Very incredibly inconsiderate, and your online banking sucks.

Kim Goodwin5Well I walked in to use the ATM and walked out wanting to deposit my money with this bank. I don't know much about it yet, but I do intend to find out more. The staff was so helpful, friendly and happy. I thought i stepped into 1985! Thank you for the nice experience RB😁

Jon Scott1Atm wont accept money deposits every time I try. I attempted 5 times to deposit new money and it kept spitting it back out and cancelling my transaction. It finally took $200 increments for two of the five transaction attempts. I had alot more money to deposit. I have told your staff about this several times and no one has addressed the issue. And do not reply to tell me I should come in during business hours, because your hours conflict with my work schedule. Great idea banks had to limit the time allotted for their bankees. Dont care if bankees isnt a correct term. If you understand, then it clearly is the correct term.

Rose Minenna5This branch has amazing people working here. They greet me by my name, they love my dog and they remember the names of children I bring in. Never had a problem. Always have time for the customer. I will keep going back. I always go inside.

Joseph Celeste1I first went to this branch to order a new debit card since mine had recently cracked on 9/9/15. I spoke with a branch manager who was filling in since the location was short staffed. She was nice and placed my order for a new debit card. On 9/24/15 I went back to the branch since I had yet to receive my debit card. I had spoken with Bonnie (Assistant Branch Manager) and Ximena (Branch Manager) regarding the delay in the arrival of my new debit card via mail. After conveying my displeasure, Ximena assured me that she would in fact drop the new debit card off at my job (which is right down the street) on 9/29/15 so I would not have to be inconvenienced any further. I gave her all of my information and I proceeded to the teller to withdraw funds (since they would not issue me a temp). I asked Karen (Lead Teller) for a receipt of my transaction. She proceeded to tell me that she was not able to give me a receipt. After going back and forth a few times, Karen pressed a few buttons and...poof...out came a receipt. Ximena did not bring me my debit card and I received no communication from Regions Bank. During my lunch break, I made yet another trip to this branch to see if my debit card was there. Sure enough my debit card was received that morning and Ximena did not even recognize the commitment that she made to me only days prior. Between full time enrollment at a university and working full time, I do not have much disposable time. I have now wasted numerous work breaks trying to resolve this matter with no prevail. With this being said, the best option Ximena and Bonnie provided me was a secure debit card at which I would be charged if I did not call and cancel after a certain date. It is bad enough that this bank is only open until 4pm and are closed on the weekends. I currently have a savings account where I am yielding 1.05 with a 1.277 EAR. Makes me wonder why I wasted so much time and money with Regions. I ordered a card from chase with a chip in it and I received it in 3 days. I would not recommend regions to anybody. Sorry Regions.
