Randall F3I'm giving this a three-star review because two of the three visits required nearly five hours while the final one — attended by Allia Grant — took but a few minutes to accomplish that which the first two failed. The other reviews that other folks posted regarding the great amounts of time to attend simple matters? They are most likely true. I have dealt with loads of banks in many states, and I have NEVER had to sit and wait two or more hours for a simple procedure regarding a checking account. At this Regions branch, it happened twice in 10 days. It could have happened a third time, and after several minutes of waiting while not even being acknowledged (while reading a book and being the ONLY person in the lobby), I decided I would depart and return another day. Fortunately, Allia Grant was there that morning. As such, I was able to quickly get done what was required. I am grateful for her doing what none other there had done: simply ask me a question. Had I initially dealt with her, I would have given this branch five stars. Had she not been there, I would have given it one and then really ripped.

Amber Danner1Vegas trip cancelled in March due to COVID-19. VIP reservation company promised a refund in writing multiple times. VIP company lied to us about needing to wait for the hotel clubs to refund them claiming they sent them our funds. We verified with the hotels that they never received payments for our reservations. We have this in writing. No refund provided. VIP company numbers disconnected and stopped responding to texts. All parties initiated disputes with their banks to recover the funds for services not provided. All parties filed the disputes with the same supporting documentation. All other parties (excluding me) received final REFUNDS from their banks. Regions Bank declined my dispute TWICE, even though I provided the same documentation as the rest of them. Regions Bank still has no record of my additional documentation even though I have given it to them TWICE. They won’t add my supporting documentation to the case or even consider it. They won’t fight for my case. They won’t refile for refund not received. They won’t let me speak to a manager. My local branch is closed due to COVID-19. I can’t get an appointment until the middle of July. Regions Bank is debiting my account on 7/4. I lost $1,800 during a pandemic and Regions Bank won’t fight for me. I am closing my account. Regions Bank won’t fight for you even though every other bank will. Don’t bank with Regions Bank – WORST BANK EVER!!! I’m filing a complaint with the Alabama State Banking Department.

Tammy Middleton5Every one is always polite and courteous when I come in. The branch manager greeted me at the door and made me feel welcomed. She even offered me a bottle of water. The tellers are newer, but they still provide excellent customer service. They even greeted me by name.

Lori Boo1Horrible! I’ve been waiting in line for 20 mins to make a deposit for work and have yet to move. The line is wrapped all the way around the building to the atl hwy entrance. Highly doubt I will make it before they close at 4 pm.

Phyllis Alston5Today was a difficult one at this Regions. When I entered the bank there was one teller working both the drive up window and the inside desk. The teller was awesome!!!! She remained cool, calm and collect and gave excellent customer service. She smiled, acknowledged everyone and did not allow the stress she surely felt, to interfere with customer service. My hat is off to her. Eventually another teller came from the back and a third thru the front door. Not sure I should include her name here so I will call the manager.

Julie Dickey3Labor Day Friday at 3:45... left at 4:40 from making a simple cash deposit. Only 2 tellers open & 1 shut down for ?? Computer issues?? Wasn't crowded 1 man in front of me waiting. Time left there was a line of people waiting. Mgt & teller apologized for wait & were doing the best they could. Did notice while standing at the community desk where you can stop and complete your stuff... that you could hear the 2 conversation going on in the glass cuvies offices. Maybe it was just loud talkers in there today. Privacy is very important when you're dealing with money, loans, investments. Nice and clean branch.

Misty Love1Wait times are so long! Waited in line 15 minutes and only 1 car moved in the drive thru with only 2 lanes open!!

Aundrey Lewis1This is absolutely the worst branch. Everytime I go through the drive thru the teller mess up my transaction evey single time. The only reason I opened an account is because my employer has an account with Regions. Terrible, customer service I'm wondering if my money is secured. Because management is terrible. I'm not one for talking and degrading anyone or a business but this branch is terrible.
