  The worst service ever. Was told I could not withdraw my funds because it looked suspicious. I asked the manager Sara Williams in what way was my withdrawing my money out of my account is suspicious I was given no explanation what so ever, I went to the branch by flying J and even they did not understand why I was handled the way I was and they gave me the cashiers check I needed. Closed my account! After asking her was it because I was black she couldn’t even answer my question. The teller Tiara was no help either standing there like a knob on a door. Worst branch ever!

  I went at 2:00. Hours say open until 5. Drive through was closed. Inside is open only by appointment but I see all the staff leaving. So the only option at this location is the ATM. Passed by again at 3 and all the cars were gone so they really close at 2. Who closes at 2 on a weekday??... Edit: Turns out closing at 2 on Friday is a normal thing for Regions. Update your hours and I’ll remove this comment if I remember.

  The drive thru team at the main branch is amazing! I visit them a couple of times each week to make deposits and they are always extremely nice, helpful, talkative and most of all smiling!   This is for Regions in general. Literally the worst customer service in the banking industry, poor attitudes, unwillingness to help (specifically during the pandemic). I have been with them for 10+ years but will be pulling my accounts out of this garbage company at my first opportunity.

  Horrible! Even the branch manger Connie Wehner lied to me about a federal regulation by misinterpersting it. Most rigid and inflexible bank. They would not replicate 1/2 the service which Five Star Credit Union did 30 minutes earlier.

  regions for only 5 months everything was fine until 2 months ago regions charged me $101.36 twice blamed it on Walmart,disputed the charge, regions put the money back in. We always use debit , regions held our money sometimes up to 7 to 9 days before they would pay the debit transactions I went to Regions across from Verizon on Ross Clark Circle connie wehmer said that it was the merchants fault Walmart,IHOP and Target ,connie said the merchants are not collecting their money on time and told me the Regions app is not accurate not to use it,connie blame the Federal Reserve,we closed our account.
