  I needed the bank to authorize funds to be transferred form my account on multiple occasions. The first time they were reluctant, but helped me out. The next time they were obviously agitated and didn't want to help. I was told that they would no longer help me with the transactions. I opened my bank account at wells Fargo and they are more then happy to accommodate my needs. The customer service is severely lacking at friend bank Dothan. This is one of the many occasions where I was let down, and speaking about this bank anymore would be giving them more attention then they deserve.
