Lori P.1******* MANAGEMENT PLZ READ AGAIN!***** Sitting at the drive thru teller at 812 am and no one is here! The teller opens at 8 AM, where are your staff? I pay my bills on the first every month. This is the worst day to not open on time!

Victor Fernandez1I don't usually write reviews, but people deserve to be informed to make decisions about where they do business, so here is my review and comment for this facility. I opened a business account and tried to link my online banking to my business which they told me I could but not right there and then, the banker told me that I had to wait a few days for the system to process the account and then gave me instructions to do it online. After weeks (the system should have processed already) I follow the instructions and the system does allow me to do it. I called the number on the back of my card and they told me that the banker never connected my tax ID to the account. She also told me that I had to call the branch where I opened the account to have them do it and that they could do it over the phone. When I call this facility, someone tells me that they cannot do it over the phone and asked me if I called the number on the back of the card. When I told them that I did, then she said that she had to get a banker to call me back in 2 hours. Not that bad, but this took an hour out of my time when it should have been resolved from the very beginning with the banker doing what he was supposed to do. Waste of time.

Monica Moorman2I used this Regions Bank location many years ago & did not have a good experience. There were a few fees on my savings account that was never resolved & the customer service was not that great & not to mention this branch was not open on Saturdays. I have closed my account since then, not sure if the service has changed since then but about 3-4 years ago I did not have a good experience.

RHD JAY2Bad customer service! I had to visit them multiple times to fix a few problems and charges in my account that they charge me! Also every time I visit them they told me a different story until I got tired and ask for the manager on duty (Adrian) and he helped me right away! The rest of the members don’t have enough knowledge on what there doing! They ether have to train there personal or change them ! Not very recommended facility to visit !
