  Everyone in the bank is so friendly and helpful. Dave was really easy to work with in helping set up my new account. He called/emailed when he said he would and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this bank, especially Dave, for all of your banking needs.

  If you own a small business.....don't bank at this bank. If someone writes you a bad check.....they will eliminate you and make yoy feel like a criminal , and it will be almost impossible to get a bank account someplace else. I give it zero stars for sure.

  ATM TOOK MY 500 dollars , and I had to file a claim to get my money back . The man told me that they don’t service the ATM , BRINKS does and that’s why I have to file a claim. That’s BS .. I want my money Now ! You have a camera on the ATM too see me put my money in and a Camera over my car to see me put the money into the ATM . Completely BS Bank , NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN . also called the police to file a police report too just in case they don’t give me my money back !!

  If you are wanting to open a new account or perhaps you have been a customer for a while - well.....I am here to tell you to run as fast as you can. Because the minute a fraudulent check is deposited into your account that you have no control over they will close down your account without notifying you beforehand. With that being said, no my family will have to do without for the entire weekend because the employees, management and back office want to drag their feet. Typical bankers!!!!!! #don'tbankwithRegions

  Came to withdraw $5,000 and they say they don’t have that much of cash. This bank is awful and the manager always comes to the teller rescue. Please! Don’t use this bank and I’m talking on the one on Rayford and 99.

  Everyone at this branch is so personable and kind to deal with. Even the manager gets involved and helps everyone out. You don’t get this type of service at any of the other big name banks.

  Run the other way. They will alter your withdrawals to benefit there fees.
