Usually use the drive thru for salon deposits. I’m only giving five stars because of a particular drive thru teller, Marilynn. That’s the name on the bottom of my deposit receipt. I hope I got her name right. Great customer service. She always so friendly and smiling everytime I go. The other drive through tellers don’t smile and look grumpy all the time, should get a cue from her. Customer service is everything.

Horrible experience. No appreciation for the customer or their time. Froze my account multiple times for suspicious activity and then arbitrarily decided to close my account without providing any explanation. Would not recommend this financial institution or at the very least this branch unless you enjoy being treated in an unjust manner.

Literally went inside to ask them to unhold a check... I have never had an issue EVER on my account to have a check need to be held. They told me to call the customer service number. I did and have been on hold for over 2 hours!!! Way to pass the buck to someone else.

If you're open, you're meant to be doing business, not turning away customers. If your employees have time to be laughing, they have time to help others. And why on earth would an account take an hour to open?!

Gone inside a few times to be helped, only to watch the tellers reading or on their phones. When I asked for assistance they told me to make an appointment or call customer service... there was zero customers in the building and obviously not busy with actual work. Customer Service is dead here.

Lost my wallet yesterday to the protest, came today to withdraw some money. They asked for my I’d when I told them the situation, makes no sense. How can someone access their account if they have a card or identification lost. I said I have all my information on the chase bank and they said that wasn’t sufficient identification??? How am I supposed to access my account ? I can’t wait 5-7 days for a card to come in. This is ridiculous

Using Chase Bank from NY days around 2008 onwards to date. I also added an account at Wells Fargo in addition to Chase Bank and it was not even a close match to the superior customer service as well as transparency in Chase bank transactions. No place is always a 100% perfect, but majority of times I have either gone into their Rayfords Road branch, for either deposit/ withdrawal or Notary, have always been treated well and with courtesies. Hope Well Fargo learns something from them is is even going to lose my mortgage balance which I paid within less than 8 years and getting rid of the small principal balance with WF before end of June 2020.

I went to the bank to make a withdraw, the teller ask me about the code he sent to me...I felt something wrong went home and look at the account and saw unknown activity on the account I went bank to the bank and spent 35 minutes of my time at the bank and found out the teller make an error. I was mad and ask the point blank how come you did not inform the customer of an error. It only take a couple second and I do not have to spent 35 minutes waiting..they could not answer my questions very unprofessional. At lease three people know about it including supervisor..... when dealing with monies you need some honesty. I talked to my wife and she inform me of their mistakes when I come back to the bank even, she was not with me at the time...

Customer service failures. At no moment did they help my partner deposit needed funds into my account. Did not offer a money order or try to get the transaction completed at all. Missed out on a perfect business deal because of this ridiculous protocol. Extremely disappointed in this location. HR needs to retain this location.

I was the Mortgage Banker there till Sept 2015, had good reviews with over 700 clients, you can look me up in Google "Joe Lovrek Loan Officer". I personally know Kevin which is currently the Mortgage Banker there and he is good at what he does. Melinda is the Bank Manager, she is a wonderful person and takes care of her clients. I couldn't recommend a better bank to do business with.
