Stefsiebell3Not much to be excited about at a bank. Employees do their job, thank goodness. Just expect No emotion, no conversation, they're definitely unhappy to see customers too

Bryce Henry4I have been banking with region for some time now and I have to say I am very sad to say I will be leaving the bank due to the lack of transparency with the customer. I was never informed at anytime during my sign up process with the bank or at anytime while being a customer that if you are to use an atm that is not associated with regions you will be charged a $3.00 fee for every action you do with said atm on top of the normal atm fee. Now you might say well Bryce other banks do this. I have this to say I have been with Wells Fargo, baby federal, and usaa and this has never happened to me. I had one issue with navy federal where they had double charged me for an atm and I called in and they took care of it right away. I called into regions and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Oh I would also like to add they said they would report me to the credit bureaus if I didn’t pay the overdraft fee that came with it do to them taking out $10 for a one time atm use. These companies don’t report the good to boost our scores but the minute you cross them they will make sure to hit you where it hurts. I will no longer be banking with regions. I will say their customer service in handling the situation in person was way different then what was done over the phone. The bank employees were able to explain things in a nice manor and even helped out. I’ll keep the negative side of the review up but do take note that this wasn’t the bank employees fault per say.

THEY WONT RELEASE PAPERWORK OR REGISTER IT... BUT THEY TAKE THE MNTHLY pAYMENT OUT WITH NO PROBLEM!!! WORST BANK EVER HORRIBLE MANAGER ASWELL HAS NO CLUE WHAT HE IS DOING... HORRIBLE ATTITUDE.. NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIS JOB A. S. A. P. WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE TODAY SO THEY CAN DEAL WITH THIS. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE... STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD BANK!! U WILL THANK ME LATER DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH UR MONEY AND DO NOT GET ANY LOAN FEOM THEM STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM REGIONS BANK

Hola Planeta1on January 2 this year I notice that my card number was used to buy $60.00 in a gas station far away from where I live, so I go to the bank to claim that I never been there and open an investigation. a week later receive a letter from them saying that they don't find nothing wrong with the transaction. Hey, what kind of investigation, if you don't protect my money and my identity why I have to trust in you. Is not your money so you don't care. Only a ridiculous I'm Sorry. So I lose my money not you. If you care about serious banking stay away from here
