  The Absolute Worst Possible Bank You Could Goto In Florida. Possibly in the United States of America. You would better off banking with a crack dealer. This place has screwed up depositing my check not once but approximately about 8 TIME IN THE LAST 4 YEARS!!!!!!! EVERTIME IT HAS TAKEN OVER A WEEK FOR THEM TO FIX THEIR SCREW UP. Trash Bank. Trash Employees. Save yourself time and heartache. Go anywhere for the love of God any bank but here. You will be disappointed.

  I want to thank Tracy and Katherine for helping me get through a devastating fraud against my account. Though there were some errors on a couple of regions staff from different locations, Katherine and Tracy worked through it and cleared my account to good standing. What a peace I got walking away from Katherines office. She took the responsibility in her position to take care of me. No words to express my gratitude and she should be acknowledged for her professionalism. God bless Katherine and Tracy

  Expect a long wait , no less then 45 min about every time. Always gives me problems depositing simple checks. About to just be done with this bank. Don’t waste your time

  Expect to wait a VERY long time, drive tru AND walk in. This is the slowest regions I have ever been in. Boo. Hire more staff, or at least speed up the ones you got. Waited 35 mins in the drive tru business lane. With only 3 cars ahead of me.... thats over 10 mins per car. This is why I bank with Tyndall. I only come here because this is the bank my job decided to be with. Trust me, this branch will never be my choice.

  Clara and britney are just 2 of the best tellers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Whoever is in charge of this location is doing an amazing job. I love how friendly the staff is. If you have to go to any regions location this would be the one to go to in bay county

  First let me say I feel terrible writing this review. Everyone there is super nice but it’s as if no one is any kind of hurry to get their job done or maybe it’s severely understaffed. Set aside at least 10 minutes for something as simple as a deposit. It doesn’t matter if you are inside or at the drive thru. I make a deposit every day they are open and every day it’s the same thing. But they are always nice and apologetic, so I can’t get mad with them.

  54 mins to cash a government check. Absolutely no one in waiting room. Ridiculous. Every single Regions bank is like this! Sick of Banking here! Absolutely non sense!!!

  If I could give Regions a negative rating, I would. Absolutely worst service ever and I don’t even care enough to write why. All I need is two checks from three years ago and they can’t seem to help.

  Terrible branch of regions bald teller apparently doesn’t know that regions to regions transfers are available immediately been depositing checks there for years and it’s always been like that but he tried to claim it’s always been a midnight process. Moral of the story I’m switching to Tyndall to many small headaches add up
