Joshua Montgomery5I love this branch. Anything I need, the bankers are able to take care of for me. I do most of my business and personal banking at this location. I'm not sure what some of these reviews are talking about, but I haven't had ANY of these problems. I read one guy said that he doesn't normally post reviews, but because he had a bad experience he felt he needed to post. That to me sounds like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum, or a speeder shaming a cop for pulling him over. 🤔 I know that some people rely heavily on these reviews before making a decision about where to take their business, so I post the good and the bad. When people deliver good business or customer service they should be rewarded for their efforts not hidden. People will persecute a cop for doing his job, and call that same cop to come protect them from an intruder. Much the same, this bank and it's employees have ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and GREAT customer service. Despite some of the nastiest personalities I've witnessed these tellers didn't lose their professional nature, and continued to provide GREAT customer service. I personally couldn't work in customer service because of entitled people who forget that there is a person on the other side of that counter, and take their frustrations out on them for just doing their job. My hat goes off to the employees at this location and it's management for keeping them in line.

William Crowe5I have had my account with Regions Bank for years. My whole family uses this bank as well. The ladies at the Hwy 5 location in Douglasville are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have seen them have to deal with some tough customers and stay professional. I don't think people realize when a business has rules and procedures sometimes they have to follow them and sometimes they can bend them. My wife was a branch manager of a bank and I had to hear all types of stories. That's why if the ladies at this branch advise me of something, i will take it seriously. Great place to bank!

Calvin Atkins1Absolute worst!! I have been banking with regions for 12+yrs with Personal & Business accounts. This by Far has been my worst banking experience, Ever. The branch leadership at this location is completely unprofessional to say the least. I have deposited the same exact type of checks from clients for over 12 yrs and atleast 5yrs at this very branch. Today they refused to deposit my checks which negatively affects my business and treated me like a fraud!? Ridiculous. I was beyond outraged. The same people who have been smiling at me when I have made deposits for the past 5yrs at this location acted as if they never seen me before! I was told by branch Management my history and track record with the bank did not matter. Which I find that hard to believe as Regions corporate is always fighting to retain and attain new clients. I was also told policies can change over night and it doesn't matter how it affects the clients. It's what ever they decide. When I asked if in fact this "policy" change happened overnight or recently the answer was No. Disappointing to say the least. Someone needs to look into this management team at this location. From the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one who feels that way. Fyi I was able to go to another branch and deposit my check like Normal. I also spoke with my home branch & regions customer service line who was completely confused as to why they refused to deposit the check. They both agreed that was completely unacceptable/unprofessional. I typically would not leave a review but felt it was necessary for this location.

tonya5Visited this branch today regarding a mistake that another branch made on my account causing a hold to be placed on my check. The branch manager was able to see the mistake and release the hold. This was my first time meeting the manager but i will be going to this branch from now on. Not to mention it was very clean in there and smelled good.

Naynay Brown1I change the name to my business and I still have the same EIN number the IRS is telling me that I don’t need new documents or a new EIN number and they’re telling me that I need a new one they clearly don’t know what they’re doing

Marilyn Brock1I have been with Regions for a few years now.. the only time I need help from them I can't get it.. the manager at Central Church Rd is very rude and unwilling to help.. she would not come back to the phone to answer the rest of my questions....I was going to cash a check thir the 3rd party until they were going to charge me $247.00 .so I was going to the bank it was drawn off of .. until the teller told me if I deposited it it would be available the very next morning .. the next morning when I called and my money wasn't there ..i was told it would be another 9 days before I could get it.. .. why would they lie about it

Ashley Tillett1We have been longtime members of Regions Bank. We came in today to address some fraudulent charges on our account. - chairs are six feet from the desk in the middle of the branch....we have to basically yell our personal matters across the room. We asked if we could be in an office since this set up is so ridiculous for banking. She said no. We then proceeded to sit and go over everything on the account....Tracy, the banker, was so incredibly rude. Very demeaning, talking over us, sighing as we explained our end of it. We’ve never experienced someone so rude in a bank that we have been members of for so many years. Customer service skills seriously need to be re-trained at this branch. This service was completely unacceptable.

Adrienne Simon1Need more than one teller working the drive thru - there’s always 2-3 cars waiting with 1 teller. I wish the one on Fairburn road didn’t close. I miss those girls and they always had 2 working the drive thru and even when it was busy one of the tellers from the front would help. Ugh !

Heath Claxton1Place is absolute trash! They need to shut it completely down and fire all the employees. They are all rude and are jokes of employees! One can’t even count and double count money correctly! Place is literally never open. A region director needs to step in and fix this disaster of a bank
