Michelle Hickman1Unless you have an hour of time to waste stay away!! Slow as a turtle literally every time I come to this bank for anything that requires a real person whether inside the lobby or in the drive through. Only on drive through lane is designated for a live teller inside the building, while the other lanes have virtual tellers which can NOT handle all transactions.

brenda m1Customer service is awful. I made a withdrawal and was shorted $20. (I will take half the blame for not insisting the teller count it out to me) When I counted the money once I returned home, I called the bank and left a message. I called back the next day and spoke with the teller and he said the machine that counts out the money was balanced and would call me back with how this was going to be handled. I have waited 5 days and have heard nothing. Why is customer service so bad lately?

Carol Keton1I am 66 years old, a retired teacher on a budget. I visited this bank personally to withdraw most of my money to pay bills. I asked the banker if I had any regular monthly recurring withdrawals to specifically make sure I would not get an overdraft charge. The banker assured me I did not have any upcoming automatic withdrawals, so I felt comfortable withdrawing most of the money in my account. Two days later I received an email alerting me of an overdraft. I immediately rushed over to the bank to reconcile my account and bring it back into a positive balance. I had a recurring car insurance withdrawal. I did not know why and was unable to contact the bank because I was substitute teaching. Long story short, I called another banker who tried to argue and talk over me when I tried to explain my situation. So, again, I went in to talk to another banker who nonchalantly and unapologetically told me he could not help me. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.

Statikat 2305I love this bank. I rarely have to visit the location but when I do they always recognize me. They ask about things we spoke about a year back. I've never had any issues they couldn't fix. I highly recommend this company.

Texasdeere5Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff! This is a smaller size bank so if it gets a little busy you might have to wait some. Great location for Sedona and Brittany Lakes residents.

John Bice1Without a doubt the worst bank I've stepped foot in , a new location a totally new concept. I put a check in outside and they said it would be a 5 dollar fee , well since I've banked their since day one I cancelled because I know check cashing is free . It kept my debit card and I was told that there was no way they could get it back . I went inside had to set up a new debit card and was told I could not have a new one fed ex ed until Tuesday . Hard to believe they can except your debit card like that with plenty of money in the account and keep your card when cancelled the transaction. I will never use this new location again , rediculious policy . So now I'm without a debit card for 4 days because once they take your card theirs no way they can retrieve it or so I was told as I was leaving the state. Unbelievable policy , take me back to the good ol days when someone at the bank actually had control of what was happening . I like JSC better anyway .

Joe Dipretore1Staff is rude and not willing to help customers manager refused to refund overdraft fees caused by a fraudulent charge so I closed my account. Avoid this bank at all costs do yourself a favor and open a account at Frost. Way better service
