      My business has dealt with this bank since it opened, long before my time. I've personally dealt with it for over three years and been pleased with it all that time. Until the last few weeks. I love Jessica, Bonnie, and Mary, they're super sweet. But, the new late 30-something blonde working the window, since around the end of January, is rude and condescending. She's been openly disrespectful and hostile to me and several of my employees. She's very uncooperative when we have an issue and need numbers verified. She refuses to count deposits when we think we might have an issue, and if one comes up, she doesn't notify us until we pick up the deposit slips the next day. And, that's another thing. Since when don't the deposits get counted? I need those numbers the same day. It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to deposit before your first drop box access of the day, and I won't get any numbers if I deposit after that because you're closed by the time you're done with the second. I NEED those numbers SAME DAY. My corporation specifically PAYS for the service of having our loose deposits counted and verified by professionals, same day. If that can't be done then we have an issue.

      Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. I had a small issue the bank manager Ashley with her rude obnoxious behavior turned it into me closing my account and moving 3 more over to peoples bank then I’ll be back to regions to close those 3. During our discussion Ashley let me know she had just opened 6 business accounts that day and seemed like mine didn’t matter. Hope she wasn’t exaggerating because I’m not about the 4 accounts I’m closing. Do yourself a favor if you bank in Chipley at regions and check out better options at the peoples bank in front of Walmart. They want your business.

      The teller took it upon herself when I was withdrawing money from my account to ask me about something that Was none of her business. And the other teller that was working drive thru wanted to chime in on the conversation. One both tellers today November 13,2020 was rude and nosey. When a costumer ask withdrawal money out of there account with plenty of money left. So what gives any of the tellers question how people receive money in their account. I think they need to stop trying to look through someone’s account and do their job. Worst regions bank to go to around here. That’s why I usually go to Bonifay I have no problems and no rude mouth from bank tellers. 👎🏽👎🏽☠️

      While I have only lived in Chipley a short while I have found the service at Regions Bank to be be nothing short of awesome! Thanks to all the people that are responsible for a great banking experience! And no I'm not an employee!!

      Many hidden fees put check in account and took them four days to give acess. When I called the bank danielle told me she didnt know what to tell me I would just have to pay an overdraft fee of 36 dollars. I will close my account ASAP

      The usual druve-through staff is gone for the holidays, I guess. The replacement working the window is very rude and disrespectful.
