  I'm always thankful to do business in my little hometown. I'm even more thankful to have access to a bank that is nationally recognized AND focuses on their community. I have business and personal accounts at First Federal and am pleased with the support offered by the staff. If you have any questions or concerns, Celena Cook is a great person to start with!! If she doesn't have the answers (which she does :)), she can get you connected to the person who does.

  Good bank for a small town. They are adding services and conveniences to compete with the big boys. Celena Cook has always taken good care of me on the banking side. It is so much easier to do business with any entity when there is actually a person willing to help. Keep up the good work!

  I highly recommend First Federal Bank in Bonifay. Celena Cook is my go to person there. She provides top notch customer service. She is always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any of my banking needs. She is quick to respond and help me in any way needed. My adult children also bank at First Federal and they too know that Celena is happy to assist with any of their banking needs. In this day and time it is comforting to know I have a personal banker that is just a phone call away!
