I can understand wanting to limit people inside branch to some degree, but forcing everyone to use the drive thru and then only to have 2 lanes open on a Friday is ridiculous! I waited nearly 30 minutes in line today. This is the way its been since the covid-19. I can only suspect this is the way Regions will want to keep it, less people to employ. I think Regions should take a lesson from TVFCU. I have been a Regions customer now since 1991 and I'm seriously considering moving ALL my accounts to TVFCU, they have their lobbies open as well as ALL of the drive thru lanes.

I've been in bank and they are very nice and helpful. I will not become a member due to working hours as they do not work on Saturday, which is very inconvenient for me.
