  Purchesed a I phone for my daughter's birthday turns out it was stolen and pawned went to get my money back and was told they couldn't do it. Worse place ever. Deal in stolen and broke items my lawyer will soon be ivolved

  The staff was very helpful as I was looking at a boat, it was raining and they put up a canopy and offered their tools to help with inspection. They offer quality merchandise at a fair price.

  Do NOT use their layaway or purchase ANYTHING from these crooks! They won't even call you to tell you if they are closing your layaway. I called to ask how much I owed and was informed that my layaway had been canceled. I asked if I could get any of my money back and was informed that all of MY money (over $500) went to the store to cover the time it was in their inventory. In other words that's a nice way of saying F*** you you're not getting your money back. I can understand a restocking fee, but to take EVERY dime someone has paid and not get ANYTHING in return is theft! I WILL NOT be back, furthermore I will inform anyone I know who is searching for a firearm to go somewhere else due to their shady business practices. Posey gun shop in Cleveland TN, is where I will will go from here on out unless this situation is rectified then I will update this review accordingly.

  I bought a mens diamond cluster ring from them. $350.00. Took it today to get appraised. One of the diamonds had a chip. The have a magnifier and had to know it was chipped. Because of chip it is basically worthless. Won't go there anymore.

  I bought a dehumidifier and a lost cost warranty. The unit did not work. I took it back and got my money back with no problems.

  Great shop always nice and helpful. Ben, Kenny, and Lyndsey are very knowledgeable. I have bought many firearms from them and always had a good experience.

  This place is a bigger joke than most pawn shops even dare to be. Do not go here. Go ANYWHERE else but not here. Will screw you more than the usual pawn shop in a heartbeat.

  I've bought several things from them , cash and layaway , never had any problems , today bought a tool box right at close, they even loaded it for me

  They will sell you things with missing peices then blame you for not doing there job for them. Not professional one bit.
