  Their website says open Saturday 9-12. After going to another branch closer to my house that was also advertised as open yet was closed, I drove to this branch 25 minutes away from my home only to find it was closed as well. I’ve had issues with them in the past but this secured my official loss as a 10+ year customer.

  TERRIBLE!! Take your money & business somewhere else. Had an appointment for 2pm, waited for 40 minutes before someone said they apologized for the wait. I had another appointment to get to, hence the reason for making an appointment in the first place. Left without seeing or speaking to anyone about opening a new account then was called 2 hours later to say she was sorry I couldn’t have waited longer. Ha! Really? Wanted to know if I could Reschedule. NO THANK YOU!! There are too many banks to choose from than to settle for this. I’m just glad I got to experience this lack of customer service before opening any account. SHAME ON YOU REGIONS!!!

  I was simply cashing a payroll check that was drawn on Regions, and I have a Regions account...even though there was not another soul in the drive thru, this took around 10 minutes. A couple of minutes after I started my transaction, a man pulled up beside me and got his business taken care of and left before mine was finished

  Usually, we review local companies for their outstanding service. It takes a lot to warrant a negative review from us but this Regions bank branch at Riverstone Parkway, Canton Ga. is the worst banking establishment that we have ever encountered. The negative reviews on this branch are correct and exactly what our experience entailed. The Manager needs to be re-trained in customer service, politeness and business ethics if she was ever trained to begin with. Take it to heart when reading this review about our huge mistake and our choice to do business with this establishment.

  I Highly advised ANYONE considering banking here to choose literally any of the surrounding banks. There is zero real customer service here. These people are so rude. What other Banks will accomplish with zero issue this place will NOT. Of all the banks in this location...YOU ARE the weakest link. I don't even know how you're still in business.

  I tried to call and setup a new bank account. I couldn't get past the automated line, you CANNOT talk to a real person! I'm glad I got to experience this before making the mistake of banking with them.

  Why only an 800 number to call? And it took me 12 mins on hold to speak with a human. Automated voice system - blah!
