  MRS. CHELSEA H. !! I kid you not is literally the best banker I’ve ever spoken with. She manages the one here , I recommend every one to go to her for whatever reason you have at regions! When I called today to speak with someone , she answered so politely. I told her about my issue with the overdrafting fees , she gave me all of the fees that they charged me for ! And gave me real advice on how I can end up with more money in my savings account. This is what true help feels like and I am so thankful she has done more than enough to completely help my family ! Now I don’t have to worry about getting stuff for my daughter and still save money this month . This lady needs a raise or something ! Thank you Mrs. Chelsea !( I hope I spelled correctly)

  I will never accept payment for a small business (or open an account) with Regions. I have never been able to simply walk in & handle my business without being charged a fee. Accepting payment from Regions bank is basically accepting your own ransom note because they will litterally hold your money hostage until you give them a percentage.

  I have been banking with regions for about 5 years now. Everyone has always been helpful but Jonathon always goes above and beyond for me and my boyfriend. He gets a gold star! (And hopefully a raise!)

  Guy over the counter is kinda rude. Don’t understand why most of the branches sucks with their customer service.
