  I can only speak of the start of this process in buying a home with Caliber Home Loans, and the people who helped get us into our first home. Kathy & Heather from the start was very professional and stayed that way, throughout the whole process. I sure will update as time goes by (a few years) They did a phenomenal job getting us into our new home. The loan closed exactly as planned. Est. time frame 45 days. Her team was awesome, kept me informed every step in the process. I was referred to Caliber Home Loans by a realtor. The process was quick and easy. The agents are friendly and had time for all my first-time questions and even though we could not meet, face to face A LOT was accomplished over the phone, and through email. I would recommend them to anyone, Kathy Hallmon was the Loan Consultant we spoke to first & Heather Rodgers - Production Assistant was the in-between loan officer. We had a very pleasant experience with Caliber Homes through our whole home buying process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finance a home. We received quick responses and felt that our questions were answered well. The process was smooth.

  My initial experience getting the loan through them three years ago was great. You'd think with all the emails I received offering to refinance, that would be a great process as well. Dead wrong. If you're going to use them to refinance, look somewhere else. If you do use them to refinance, make sure Thomas Pitts doesn't do your appraisal. Better off using someone local that cares.

  My experience was stellar throughout the whole process. There was not one question or concern that went unanswered. Steve Dick, Kathy Hines, and Celena Webb were so helpful and on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better rate and a smoother process. If you're serious about buying a home, can provide the information needed in s timely manner, and want a professional team working for you, give them a call. We closed early with no problems. I highly recommend you give them a call. Can't thank them enough.
