  Ms Dee Adams was so very helpful. She not only straightened out my problem, she assisted me with great financial help. Her kind and courteous manner really put me at ease. Region's is lucky to have someone like her working there.

  This bank sucks just try to get a loan bank mgr. can't loan money for bubble gum. I have tried to borrow money small bus loan payments would have been $800. a month I keep a average balance of 25000-- 30000. at all times. look at the numbers. taking my money out today bad bank for anybody. hell they have to banks in Trussville less than a mile. that is bad business I think

  I do not bank with Regions but I have been to this location a few times with my friend and they have always been extremely friendly. The times I've been, I never had to wait in line. Fast and friendly service!

  Very friendly and nice staff. We used April Cruce for our mortgage and she was too notch. She always responded to our emails/calls very promptly.

  Waiting at the ATM - car at ATM will not move and is doing NOTHING Update - ATM WAS BROKEN - not guys fault

  25 minute wait for service. Seems whenever I go into this branch, it's never a quick in/out.
