Regions Bank Reviews

Don Moore1Absolutely the worst regions I've ever been to. The tellers rarely seem to be able to do their jobs efficiently. I wait too long every time I'm here. Today, I was told I had to wait while the same two tellers worked on the same problem. Pitiful
Response from the ownerWe're sorry for the extended wait time you experience when visiting your local branch. We would like to have these concerns documented. If we can further chat, please send us an email to [email protected]. -Ana

Harry Murray1Possibly the worst bank in the history of the United States, they close your account with little to no reason. I was having issues with a charge on my account, regions refused to dispute the charge. I explained to the so called ''supervisor'' if you can call him that, Michael and he informed me he would do what he could to assist me with my claim. I hang up the phone 5 minutes later to receive a call from my personal banker James Joyner at this branch. He informs me he has to close my account, and it is out of his hands. Do not bank here, I've had nothing but trouble from this bank since day one. I've had my card compromised 3 times in the past year and a half. They're based out of Alabama, their customer service agents are beyond incompetent. Try Wells Fargo, or even Bank Of America, Regions is the worst!

mary vanburen1I've only been with this bank for 3months. When I opened this account I told the banker my mother refered me and has been banking with them for years. I was told I could do the program refer to friend and receive a magical deposit of 50$ in my new account and my mom would also receive a magical 50$in her account if my account stayed active for 3 months ha!that isn't true at all...I can't even cash my payroll checks without a hassle...the person who opened my account and told me how the refer to friend works did everything wrong so I won't be receiving that 50$she put that I refered my mom so the registration was set up wrong...what a scam lie....not happy bout to close and go to a more honest bank......

Patricia Adamson1I am not happy with this branch at all! They miskeyed the account number on a large Check/Deposit, Posted a Returned check and Fees and when calling refused to do the research to fix their error. We had to physically come in to resolve their error. I spent 2 hours on the phone going no where fast with horrible customer service. NOT HAPPY, after 18 years of service, looks like time to change. This is not the 1st time.

Cat kitty meow meow Savannah1My grandmother and I have been in the St. Augustine Road, Jacksonville, FL branch many times and have met with James Joyner regarding my grandmother's various accounts. I must say that he has zero personality and makes it very uncomfortable to do business, for he looks at you like you are an idiot. My grandmother who can barely see and is 99 years old even said the same thing when we left the branch today. Now the girls working the windows and the drive-thru are super nice and friendly. If it weren't for them, the entire visit would have been miserable. :(

James Pitts1This is the worst branch ever, staff is rude and far from helpful if I was the owner I’d fire everyone and start fresh!! Drive the extra miles and go to a different branch save yourself the frustration
