MahaganieB Hines1I dispute charges, giving a credit a month later is taken back cause the dispute team never received my letter. How do we start off using email and nobody ever told me to check the mail for follow up letter. Why waste paper and not just email me back. Instead I'm out 1000 just applying for houses in flordia.

Chris McGee1The absolute slowest drive thru known to mankind. There can be two cars and you can be there for 30 minutes. It's completely ridiculous. I kept saying to myself, "maybe I'm just having bad luck". But I've gone to the drive thru at least 5 times and it's the same every single time. Somebody needs to do something.

ALI COLLETTE5The teller line is always growing, It's nice to see a company that promotes existing staff. Sandi and Matt have been with the credit union for a while and even when it's the end of week and a long day they keep an upbeat attitude and desire to help. I have banked here 11 years, and I love Lakewood, even when it's not always an immediate 'yes'. What matters to me is what happens at the end. #loveAlma

Jamie Walker1Last month I went to the Lakewood ATM and my debit card was rejected. Went to customer service and was advised they had closed the card since they had closed my checking account due to inactivity. Since I never opened a checking account, I found this answer disturbing. I opened a savings account for convenience and the rep that opened the checking account did it unauthorized. The branch then ordered me an ATM card to access my savings account and a month later still no card. I called customer service today about my card I never received and after asking to report unethical activity at the branch, the call was terminated from their end. Horrible customer service.

Cody Pope1Brand new atm and it still doesn't work. I'm so sick of not being able to get my money when I need it. You should've tested these new units before you set them up at all the banks. Seriously thinking about pulling my money
