  Lauren & her team were wonderful. She always gets the job done on time, we were able to close early for my buyers. I never have to worry about title waiting for lender docs or last minute rushes, if she says she can do it, she stands behind your word. All of my transactions have always closed with Lauren, I have never had any fall apart because of lack of financing options r approval solutions. Maxwell Mortgage are the deal savers!

  I highly recommend Maxwell Mortgage to anyone! When we bought our home in Ave Maria, there was a problem with our home owners insurance about to be cancelled. I sent out a mass email to everyone involved in the transaction and Lauren Maxwell was the only one who responded and took care of my problem within a few hours! Her and her team are absolutely amazing. Also, not to mention the low interest rates. Thanks for making my first time home buying experience awesome!

  Being a first time home buyer, the mortgage process was made tremendously easy working with Lauren Maxwell and her team! Lauren is so knowledgeable and really cares for her clients. She is extremely patient and will help you understand anything that is confusing which is great for people who have never been through the process before! She is almost always available and lets you know everything upfront so there are no surprises. Everyone from her front desk, to support staff, to our processor were so kind and worked diligently to get our loan closed. We closed almost two weeks early!!
