  Horrible staff. I processed everything over the phone. I was 15 minutes late, and my bank emailed my statements. I overheard the rude employee telling the manager say she spent 20 minutes with me and then was turned away. Don't waste your time with this company. They are nice on the phone, but make you feel horrible in person. I've never been so disrespected by a business before. Do not waste any time with this judgemental unfriendly staff. The branch manager is just as bad. He listens to the girl that sits next to him and will look into your credit until he has a reason to turn you down. Mine was I had a paid off loan from world finance in 2008. Horrible people. I'm very happy they didn't profit from me.

  Be cautious doing loan they tell you insurances are mandatory and they are not. Walk away and go elsewhere. I posted a pic of previous customers files sitting in white boxes for anyone to access there personal information. Anyone can access these folks information easily for identity theft they have a poor control over your personal info. Including your ss#. I complained several times about this to corporate and nothing done.
