The Tennessee Credit Union Reviews

K Smith1They can not get it together at this credit union. They are constantly putting my money in the wrong account!! This has been going on for months now. Make sure to check your receipt to make sure they put it in the right account. The only reason why I still go to them is because they are the only share branch for my actual bank within 50 miles. Do not use this credit union if you don’t have to! They can not keep workers either. They have constant turn over every few months for the last couple years.
Response from the ownerHi --We are sorry to hear about your experience with TTCU. Amy Austin1The atms don’t take cash or checks so you have to be able to make it to the teller during business hours and they aren’t open on weekends.
Response from the ownerHi Amy—We are sorry to hear about your experience with our ATMs. At this time, our ATMs do not take cash or checks but this suggestion has been escalated to our management team as a way to make the member experience better. Although this is not an immediate solution for our ATMs, our Mobile Banking App does have a Mobile Check Deposit feature. For a step-by-step, please visit: https://mcompany.cld.bz/The-Tennessee-Credit-Union-Mobile-Banking-E-Guide/43/ We appreciate the feedback and look forward to serving you better in the future.

Jay J2There's definitely room for improvement for phone customer service. This small bank can't keep up with the amount of customers they receive or have. I had 1 simple question and I was hung up on today while being transferred. If they were open even for 2 hours on saturdays it would help tremendously! I no longer bank with them and this is exactly why.

Shannon Mixon1Wanted to speak with someone about loan. Was asked if I could wait about 15 minutes. After waiting 30 the lady I was waiting on and another employee decided in the lobby where I could hear that they where to busy to speak with me. Few minutes after their conversation she informed me she had to count money and couldn't speak with me. Was very unapologetic and slick rude.
