  Susan Dillard who works in the Salisbury branch was great. She had us in and out, we were very pleased with how she was very knowledgeable about her job. Anyone looking for help with any financial assistance ask for Susan.

  They are usually very nice to work with, however, recently if I'm even a day late making a payment....they seem to get an attitude with me. They will harass you daily if you are late. They have helped me but could use some manners.

  They helped me out when I was in need, but the constant calls after one late day is somewhat overbearing. Had one associate call my job and had an attitude with my coworkers... Unprofessional.

  Worst customer service ever!!!! Don’t recommend them at all. Rude and disrespectful worst experience ever trying to pay off the balance on my account. Recommend Lendmark Financial Services in Lexington.
