  I would like to thank Rae, from the Edmond office, for her hard work, friendly attitude & respectful manner in which she helped me consolidate my debts. She treated me fairly & without judgment. The process couldn't have been easier and I absolutely will recommend family and friends! Ask for Rae, she's awesome!!! Thank you Regional Finance for helping me get back on track with my finances!!

  I have been with Regional Finance for a while. The staff has outstanding customer service! Everyone is understanding, they have educated me on my accounts plus offered other services i never new they had. I have never felt pressured to do anything that would harm my finances. Thank you Stacy and Lynn for providing great services to me and my family!

  Bought a used car and the company sent me to Regional Finance at NW 23rd and Penn. to finance it. The manager was very nice and he got me all done quickly. Was very satisfied with everything. I paid my payments on time for 11 months without any problems. Then I lost my job and didn't have the money for my next payment. I called them and asked to speak to the manager to ask if I could defer a payment 1 month until I could get paid from another job. They said NO because "HE" the manager was no longer with them and I had not been with them for a year yet and started calling me 3-5 times a day EVERYDAY at ALL HOURS of the day!!! I had just started a new job and my cell phone would ring ALL DAY LONG badgering me, while I was trying to work! They would call and leave a message...since I finally had to block their number on my phone and say: "This is so and so and I need you to return my call asap! No mention of Regional Finance in the message AT ALL, which VIOLATES FEDERAL LAW about debt collection practices! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!! RUN SWIFTLY, IF ANYONE EVER WANTS TO REFER YOU TO THIS COMPANY FOR A LOAN!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

  I've been a customer with regional for almost a year and have yet to see any issues with them. Their customer service is awesome and in the case you might need more money, they always find a way to exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend them!

  Ive never had a problem with this company. As a matter of fact never received a call unless they were trying to get me more money. This could be because i paid my bill on time and if something happened and i couldnt make it on or before the due date i just called and made arrangements. I had several loans with the one in edmond. The ladies were always nice and understanding. They help me when i needed it and therefore i am greatful. Thanks regional finance!!!!

  I have been dealing with this company for about 3 years, they have excellent customer service. while I was in school, I had a couple of hardships, but they were able to help me with each one. The environment is very welcoming, as well as the staff that works there.

  I used this one in Edmond. I shud away from shady loan companies for my whole notary career, now I know why. Very unprofessional very inconsistant people. 3 ladies work here, all tell you something different. For the 1st 2 months they couldnt even find my account- why? They had me under the wrong name, but it was MY fault, they keyed it all in wrong. Then the issues started. Do NOT be late on a payment. Even if you call in and make arrangements, they will call you 3 to 5 times a day and badger you. If you get 1 day behind on a payment, they will call your references and tell them you are delinquent and you need to call their office. I called their corporate office to complain and got very little help. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Very POOR customer service skills and a very shady company.

  This is really a great staff. Positive attitude, friendly, Patient, understanding and just as important solution driven. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you
