  Absolutely not happy. Poor customer service(ariel), csr wants to argue and be unprofessional. Do not recommend at all, I've been with them for a while and when Jennifer Delgado worked there it was great, but it's went downhill every month.

  They will loan money to about anyone but be prepared to get raped with interest and give your oldest child as collateral. better not miss a payment or they will collect your kid.

  We have been doing business with Regional for three years. We went in to pay our final payment and was told that we were four days late and we owe nine cents late payment. Are you serious? Nine cents?
