      I absolutely love Regional Finance! Anytime I've ever needed money quickly, they've been there. It's always an easy, quick process. Angela is amazing to work with. There have been times when I didn't know how I was going to pay them due to personal reasons, job issues, COVID, etc. and every single time they have worked with me the best they could to make sure my credit wouldn't suffer. I won't go anywhere else for my loan needs.

      My husband was treated very rudely by the lady at the front desk that sounds like she is foreign. She got very aggressive with him just for asking a question that she apparently could not answer. Although she claims there is no policy for accepting a payment a couple of days later she stated she could accept a payment on Wednesday instead of Thursday which made no sense at all. She kept saying well we will keep calling you trying to be vindictive but she didn't realize how unprofessional she was. She does not need to be answering the phone and I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this place.
