  Tasha was the young lady that made my experience a Great experience. Tasha was friendly as well as professional. Her knowledge and ability to explain the process was fantastic. Tasha made me comfortable with my decision and assured me if she was there to help me. Again Tasha, made my experience comfortable and easy. I like her a lot!!!!

  The Customer Service with the ladies was very good I have no complaint they contacted me we resolved everything within a reasonable time I am very satisfied.

  I’m pretty big on professionalism..maybe even compassion when you go into these places and the lady that helped me was a real downer. She wasn’t very nice and made not getting approved really uncomfortable and offensive. Wouldn’t recommend.

  I have been getting loans from Regional finance for years now and Kim O'Quinn is by far the best loan manager i have ever worked with. She's professional and always finds a way to help me out. Thank you Kim for all your hard work and your understanding of situations that has brought me to you!

  Good loan company ,BUT do NOT give them your checking account to process payments . I called them to cancel a payment and thought I was done , but instead payment came thru the next day , and now is pending in my account sons Friday , today’s Wednesday . They can’t refund me because it’s pending . Now my rent check was returned and my account is overdrawn because of it , and I paid $175 in fees due to it . Branch manager is either in the meeting , on the phone , or gone for the day , and corporate office doesn’t have an email. It’s a nightmare !!! Get a prepaid card to pay them back , don’t trust them with your checking account number people !!!

  Great company to get a loan from when you need it, and they have a referral program. You get $25 for every person you refer that gets approved for a loan.
