  William & Manager Yoana were really helpful and attentive. I will most definitely come back to them if i ever have another need to. I had been preapproved at another office but the customer service was just not there. I gave this office a call and the service was exceptional since my first phone call with William. 5 star recommendation without doubt.

  Regional finance has the best customer service, financial services and much more. Im beyond thankful for their help through these last couple months which have been a bit rough for me. Not only did they plan the best repayment plan for my loan, they were also considerate and thoughtful about what I was going through. If it wasn't for their helpful staff I wouldn't be on track to payback my loan.

  If I could rate them higher then a 5 I would. The customer service is impeccable , it’s noticeable that they care about their customers and best interest. They worked with me and helped me reach my financial goals. I will be starting my new year off right.

  Horrible place, They don't care if you are disabled mentally; they will threaten to take you to court. Even the people on the phone are incredibly rude.
