  What a phenomenal experience!! Rick and Daniel at the Nick Mayer Location in Mayfield Heights made the car buying process quick and easy. They were very sympathetic to my situation, were not forceful and answered all of my questions with precision.   I have been turned down by multiple places and was ready to give up. I did not expect this to be any different. I was wrong. Much to my surprise the program was very easy to use AND WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was expecting the same old sales gimmick and games that every place plays. When I arrived they were welcoming and very upfront about everything. No surprises. I was treated with respect like I was a person and not a number like many of my previous experiences at other places. Thank-you Andrew and Daniel for the beautiful car and wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend.

  After filing my bankruptcy, they got me by far the best car at the lowest cost. I'm over 3 hours away, we got everything done through phone and email, and they even delivered the car. Best buying experience for a vehicle

  I visited Nick Mayers, just because they sent me out an invite to purchase a car at a great rate, To my surprise they exceeded my expectations, I left day one feeling confident that they were gonna make good on the car deal that we had spoke about. Day two, I waited but no call, but day three, they had gotten it all worked out with the bank They asked for the necessary documents, I provided everything they needed to proceed and before I left, I was driving home in my new car of which I am well pleased. Most importantly, my car note is very reasonable, and in the range that I requested, the very suv that I requested. Although the car had manufacture warranty left, I still bought an extended warranty and my note is still in the price range that I requested !!! I am so glad that I walked in those doors, and so proud to say they did an excellent job,and great business. Great doing business with.
