  Worst company ever, I got a loan from Regional Acceptance in November 2018 and I have paid them a total of $15,000 to date for a &21,000 loan. I still owe over $8,000 on this car. How is that even possible??? The car is only worth $4,000 if even that. I call the company to get an explanation, the only thing they can say “well it’s a 72 month finance. The RAC app is not up to date to what is owed, I made payments that’s over my due balance for years and the app always say different amount due. I have paid for this car 3x's plus.

  This is a predatory business that offers unreasonably high interest rates on loans and harasses customers with robocalls outside of normal business hours. The customer service is subpar and there is no communication between departments. If you can skip using this company, it is definitely advisable to do so. ***update: I finally get another loan company and I have been report “delinquent” on payments to my credit agency for “paying 30 days late” on a loan that has been paid in full. Guess I need to call this company yet again to see why they feel the need to fraudulently report false data to destroy my credit score.

  BEWARE!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! I bought a vehicle and it was financed from them priced at $13,000, I am still paying on said vehicle and upon doing the math I have paid over $30,000.00 Which is insane! The cost a day is insane!! The predatory lending is INSANE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

  My vehicle was wrecked back in May the insurance company totalled the vehicle a month ago now I have received signed and sent back all the paperwork for sending my vehicle to the scrap yard and they sent the same papers to regional and they keep saying oh we just got it today we will send it over to then right away well I've heard that twice e a week for 3 weeks now. So how are they regetting the papers twice a week when it was sent over once. Now my account is going up over 100 a week they are charging me my truck was 23,009 now it is 23,879 and on the 17th going up more then 100 dollars more...they are ripping me off and they will u to. Don't get a loan from them. The only people that call you or u can contact is collection so all they want to do is take ur money that's why they won't take my insurance check cause they can charge me more money and I'm a single mom of 9 kids and I've been without a car 2 months and now the loan company is taking what little money I'm getting to be able to get another car...I'm just gonna call my lawyer Friday if this isn't handled soon I'm done playing games and losing money

  This company is so irresponsable and the worst customer service. Please do not use them.They will scam you.   Really the worse Co. I ever see, in middle this pandemic they are making rich charging customers with late fees, is really disgusting and not human, when peoples are losing their jobs, this Regional Acceptance charge peoples late fee even if people are made the payments late, but payment is made. Really I not recommend, if you don't want to get into a nightmare.

  Calling the company is a complete train wreck, It puts you in loop, and it takes you 20 minutes to get a hold of a real person. Workers do not care for customers and are not willing to help out.

  I have called their customer service number multiple times, and their automated system kept giving me the runaround. I could not get a hold of a actual representative. I have sent multiple emails in regards of having somebody reach out to me for assistance and have yet to hear anything. The funny thing is that I’m trying to make a payment. Company is a huge joke.

  They were a lifesaver for me, I truly appreciated them back in 2004 when they approved to finance a vehicle for me. Once I get straighten out again I would live for them to approve me for a Chevy Impala LTZ. Regional Acceptance I rate you with the top rate of 5 stars, again Thank you and GOD BLESSED You.

  Funny part is I have never been to this location, so when I say strange! That it's popping up on my GPS. I mean very very odd and fraudulent.
