  On a whim my husband and I decided to apply for a home loan, not really sure of what the outcome would be. I am a recent college graduate so I had many student loans rolling in and my husband has been working on his apprenticeship for a little over a year. So, needless to say we didn't have the easiest situation to get approved for a loan. However, Greg Gifford responded back to me quickly with a pre-approval and what we needed to do to make the loan process as easy as possible. Not only did Greg spell everything out in terms we understood but he helped us every step of the way. Greg went above and beyond by calling student loan companies so that all I had to do was call in and give the OK. I can't express how much time Greg saved me in this process! The home buying process is definitely something that takes time and patience. Greg demonstrated patience and understanding throughout this process and without him we wouldn't be enjoying our new home today. I can't thank you enough Greg Gifford! We love our new home and can't believe you helped us make home buying such an easy process!

  We completed a normal refi loan with them without issue. When we chose to do a construction loan, we went back. If their inexperience with the type of loan we were doing had been brought up in the beginning, we would have found another lender. The short story is the staff we dealt with, including the owner Casey Gates, showed apathy and unprofessionalism as the process dragged out for months. I referred several people to this company after my first refi. My dissatisfaction this time led me to post this review, which is something I do not do lightly.
