  20 Years as a customer, walk in to see if they do mortgage loans in Illinois and they say no, but there mortgage poster clearly shows Illinois and they check to confirm . Ask if they can give a ballpark figure on interest rate as I have already have another estimate from another bank and have my credit score, goes on to tell me I need an application. Call other banks that day and all give me an estimate like I wanted and due tell me will need application to confirm, and totally understand. These people want you to put your application in online for whatever your requesting and not answer customer questions or seem bothered. Never had issues with tellers, very friendly but on the other hand some of there loan officers need a little customer service. Will be looking for another bank soon, that don't seemed bothered to answer a simple question.

  OPFCU is the best credit union I have ever been a part of, period. They have a very customer service and personable approach that most places have forgone. Whenever I have a need or question, everyone that assists me has been great. Deb, at the Sarpy branch, has been a joy to work with for over 10 years and has been instrumental in my family using them for more services. Patrick has also been a huge help at the pSarpy branch too. My family has many accounts, including business accounts and loans - shout out to Janne and Ed of the loan department also. Janne made a typically daunting process easy and we are sincerely grateful. I highly recommend Omaha Police Federal Credit Union for all of your banking needs!

  I have used the Omaha Police Federal Credit Union as my primary bank for years. I moved from the Omaha area 6 years ago and have continued to keep this as my bank. The customer service is top notch and they always are helpful with any questions that I have. OPFCU has serviced my loans for all of my vehicles and will continue to be MY Credit Union. Shout out to Jan, Mary, and Ed in the loan department. They are always accessible and take time to answer any questions I have. Thank you for tailoring your service to my customer needs.   Tiffany was great in getting my loan approval short notice fast friendly service all the time. Answered my questions and I was in and out of the dealership quickly with the loan department help.

  The staff at 84th are always warm and welcoming. I usually have a list of things to do and they always help with a smile and conversation. We’ve been a member for 45 years thru loans, Accts, and boxes. NEVER a problem. They are all like family.

  I always enjoy stopping at the Credit Union (payday) and from the first hello until my transaction is completed everyone there is attentive and friendly. My husband and I would not bank anywhere else. We definitely are not a number with OPFCU!! Thanks for all you do!!

  Over the last 3 months I have taken out 3 different loans with Janne in the loan department. To say she is awesome is an understatement. Janne could not have been more helpful and responsive then she was. Janne and I coordinated the loans through the phone and email. To sign the loans I was able to do it through Docusign through my phone. I didn't have to go in and sign any paperwork. It was awesome. I signed the paperwork on the phone and then went through the drive through window to pick up needed paperwork. I highly recommend using Janne at Omaha Police Federal Credit Union for any loans.

  I definitely felt like the little guy, definitely felt like just a number. you would think omaha police federal federal credit union wouldn't treat law enforcement like just a number, we get that enough. Needless to say I'm taking my number elsewhere.

  Everyone at the 84th street branch is friendly and willing to help. They all recognize me and always ask how things are. It's nice seeing the same faces all the time. 5 stars in my book!
