  Not to be trusted! I recently went into Regal Pawn and had the owner take a look at a ring my father left after his passing. It was a ring given to him by his former employer who he had worked for for 35 years. There were diamonds in the ring and I wanted to know if they were real. The owner clearly thought I wanted to sell the ring as I had sold some gold and silver to him previously. He said the ring was 10 Karat but that the diamonds were not real. This I found really shameful that my father's employer would give him a fake ring. The owner said he would give me around $100 for the gold value. I have since had 4 companies look at the ring and the diamonds are not only real but of the highest quality and the ring is worth $3,500 to $4,000. I thought Regal pawn was legit...they tried to cheat me and I'll never go back. Not at all sure where the response as to removal of stones came from??? This was never discussed. I asked if the stones were real and the owner said they were not! Why would we remove fake stones? Again the stones were real and of a very high grade according to a number of CGA's who examined the ring. Covering one lie with another. Seriously? The owner of this establishment insists the stones are not real. I have $500 that says they are. How do you want to handle this now??? If they are real you pay for any appraisals from third parties and pay the $500. If they are not real I will pay for appraisals and give you $500 and I will gladly retract any comments I have made and make a full apology. You have all the right not to have your business tarnished if the stones are not real diamonds; on this we agree.

  You neglected to mention my offer to remove the stones in your presence and give them back to you. The stones in the ring you showed me were not real, which is why I offered to give them back to you and purchase only the gold. If you want to savage someone's business with negative reviews, the least you could do is tell the whole truth.

  amazing place and great help. went there to get watch battery fixed and they dint for a cheap price and it was quick. they have a great selection of bullion and coins. all of there prices are more then fair they have silver war nickels for two bucks a piece. you cant get one under for at any store or on ebay.   I wanted to buy precious metaI but wanted to see what I was getting... i just happened to stop in regal lawn to look for something unrelated... i saw all the coins and such it peaked my interest.... i love the store, I go there for silver mainly the prices are great, I've also bought gold too. If you have any question they have great knowledge and patience and will give you the scoop thanks guys!

  Disgusting experience! Do Not Go Here! There was a gentleman here when I came in it was trying to come up with some money to get by on. Low balled him on his item and the second he left made fun of him in every way possible. It was disgusting. they were imitating him and even made fun of the vehicle they pulled away in it nearly infuriated me to know that there's guys my age out there that should be helping people but are just so smug in ripping people off for a living. I'm seriously thinking about picketing this place and I will be posting this review everywhere that I possibly can so that people don't go there and have the experience I had

  They aren't scumbags like most shops. In fact their customer service is on par with any company. Fair prices when dealing in firearms for loans. Ask for kevin

  They will rip you off on prices for anything what are there with two products valued over $500 combined and they only offered me $180 for the pair they are crooked and I will never use them again I only hope this review will prevent others from using them as well
