  Susana from Refijet has helped our family out so much ! This company goes beyond expectations ‘ I thank God that I found them. Refinancing my trucks was a miracle. I highly recommend them for any refinance needs necessary. This company did not stop until I got a yes for an answer. Be honest with them, and they will be honest with you!   I refinanced my 2015 Dodge Durango in November 2019 to achieve a lower payment RefiJet helped me save over $210 a month!!! I decided to agree to have the GAP & extended warranty coverages and I'm glad l did, I had to get my thermostat replaced a few days after signing up. I worked with Joe Brand, he was awesome and very patient.

  My initial experience with refijet for my auto refinance was not a great one. I had to keep calling to try and get anywhere. Fortunately I was put on the phone with Josh LaTour who immediately tried to do whatever he could to make up for his team's slack. I asked if he would consider taking the lead with helping me. Thanks to Josh's constant contact, professional yet personable attitude and hard work we were able to find me a great refinance loan for nearly 20% less than my current auto loan. It's not often you get the service I received from Josh and I have already referred him to family members. Way to Josh and thank you for your time and diligence in helping me.

  Update: RefiJet reaches out to me and the below issue was ultimately addressed. We had to rework the loan through Blue Federal Credit Union, but RefiJet ultimately came through. I’d place almost all of the blame for this mess on Honda Financial Services to be honest. Given the situation, RefiJet made the best of it. I’d use them again, all things considered. Prior Issue: I used RefiJet for a lease buyout. It seemed to go ok, got setup with Blue Federal Credit Union with a rate that I was satisfactory. The loan was approved and funded. The payoff check is dispersed to RefiJet and the Honda site failed to show that they had received the payoff for several weeks. At one point I was about to have two payments due. I called Blue Federal and they told me I had to call RefiJet because the check went to them. I called A wonderful representative, Susana, and she worked it out. Everything got taken care of, but it was annoying to have to take extra steps on my part to keep the process on track. The real problem came later. There was a problem getting it titled since the lease was originally in both mine and my wife’s name, but we took the payoff loan in only my name. A RefiJet rep, Jake Larsen, texted me on 4/30/20 to let me know there was an issue and that we needed to 3-way call Honda. That didn’t work and, to be fair, it seems Honda is making this more difficult than needed. However, Jake said they’d keep working on it. Last time I heard anything from Jake was 5/7/20. Every text and phone call since then had gone unanswered... I’ve been ghosted. I’ve called to try to get others to talk to me, including leaving messages for “the head of the titling department”... nothing. It’s now 7/10/20, about 70 days out and my vehicle still has no title. Nobody will even just tell me what I need to do. Like I understand I’m probably going to have to go to the DMV myself at this point, but I don’t even have the documents. So no, don’t use this company. I guess they’re ok if everything goes fine, but if you run into any issues... you’re on your own.

  Agye, with RefiJet, is a wonderful agent to work with. He was patient with me and helped me refinance my vehicle. I appreciate the acceptance and support from beginning to end. Refinancing a vehicle loan during the Covid pandemic was very stressful but Agye made it happen. Thank you ReFi Jet for helping my family when we needed help the most!

  I'm about to make my third payment on my used BMW which was purchased via a person to person transaction facilitated through refijet. I was told that could take a few weeks to get a registration and tag and headed into month three without a tag or registration. Essentially, I have the worlds largest paper weight? What gives? I called BMW who basically said so sad too bad, you still have to pay us or else, and Refijet is claiming Covid delays? I'm in Florida and if you haven't noticed Refijet there is no Covid here! Cmon people how can it possibly take 3 months to get a registration done. I work at a dealership and i can get out of state tags and regs done in a few weeks. SMH......

  I have worked to rebuild my credit, and wanted to refinance a 2013 auto, currently financed at 20.99%. My credit union would only finance 70% of the car value. I called RefiJet and worked with Josh LaTour. Josh was amazing! My car was refinanced within hours, and my payment was cut over 50% (5.5% apr) - the same rate my CU offered. Thank you RefiJet & Josh!!!!! I'd definitely recommend this company!
