  10/10 would recommend Ray Woods for mortgages. He was communicative, resourceful, reliable and patient. As I first-time homebuyer, I appreciated his willingness to explain every last little detail of my mortgage to me, and his calm demeanor always made me feel reassured.   Debbie has been really great to work with! We had to rush our pre-approval with a local lender and she made it work with a one-day turnaround. She is knowledgeable about VA loans, very professional, and always kept us informed on the status of our loan. Overall, we had a pretty seamless and quick closing. We highly recommend her!
