  We decided to go with Walter after a bad experience with our current loan agent at the time. Walter has made the process easy not only for us but also with our realtor. Walter was readily available any time of the day if we had any questions and when we had matters to attend to, he explained everything to us so that we understand exactly what is going on and what step we are on in the buying experience. Overall great service and great communication.

  Where do I begin? My husband and I started this home buying journey over 2 years ago w/another lender. We were moving forward and got the wind knocked out of us. Needless to say, it was devastating. We were later referred to Walter by our realtor, Sonia Pleasant. His name and reputation preceded him and it was nothing but a good report. When we met Walter, we could tell that he had his clients best interest at heart and we were not wrong. From beginning to end, from start to closing of our new home, (Yesss, the recent closing of our new home, the ink isn’t dry on the paper yet), Walter walked right beside us, every single step of the way. He guided us on what to do, how to do it, what we needed and it all came together for us. He never, ever left us out in the cold to deal w/things on our own. He fought for us.   I cannot rave enough about Walter Arredondo and his team at Redx Lending. Having had unfavorable experiences with two previous brokers, our faith was restored after working with Walter. He was especially professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, honest and trustworthy. Walter was also very patient with the plethora of layman questions we had for him, and I mean TONS of questions! We so appreciated the time and effort he put forth to help us refinance our home.   We had an EXCELLENT experience with Redx Lending from start to finish!! They did a superb job with handling our loan. They were upfront with explaining to us some potential hurdles that we may experience with our loan, but did an amazing job with getting a loan approval without issues! We got a great loan with a fantastic rate. They answered all of my 100 phone calls and texts a day, and eased all of my worries and anxiousness. Redx Lending is an honest company with no hidden fees, ridiculous markups, or wacky costs. They also handled the real estate aspect and were able to get us into the home of our dreams.   We were so fortunate to have found Walter when we were looking for our first home . As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we look at several homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Walter was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

  Walter helped my family get a mortgage loan approved quickly! Prior to applying with Redx, I applied to Wells Fargo’s loan. I felt like I was going in circles with Well Fargo. 3 months in and there was no progress to my application so my family decided to work with Walter from Redx.
