  I love RCU, I have been a member for over a decade and have received an auto loan, mortgage loan and other services like a life insurance referral. They are flexible and offer many services to meet my needs. Customer service is local and terrific. So happy to have a bank I can trust.

  Melissa is an excellent Manager and you can tell she definitely understands what great customer service is all about. I've was previously in the banking profession myself for 16 years so get what a challenge it can be on an everyday basis. I went into this branch for the first time this past weekend to purchase a car from one of their client members. I was not too familiar with this type of transaction but Melissa helped make it smooth and easy and we were in and out quickly. I wished I lived in the area because I would definitely become a member based on this experience.

  Worst car repair shop in Napa. Do not trust these people. They are incompetent! Tell you one thing and then go back on their word.

  My last experience going to just deposit money was a terrible experience. I have been a member for four years and never had any problem with anyone. A new teller blonde with glasses is terrible at doing her job by making me feel uncomfortable and not welcomed. The problem is when I gave her my card to log in she asked for my security code which I gave and that should have been the end of it and helped me with the transaction. However she asked for my Date or birth and my name which was totally unnecessary. She has done this twice with me and I clearly feel some time of bias towards me. The reason I believe she does this because I’m a young person of color with a substantial amount of money in bank account. Redwood credit union please take care of this, I don’t want to take my business somewhere else. I enjoy the benefits of being a member and enjoy the other friendly tellers who always make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you and have a nice day.

  I closed my acct at Wells cus of scandalous practices, and it was actually an elderly gentleman who told me I ought to check out RCU, so I did and found the woman whom opened my acct super nice and honest, she also set up my credit card with them, i love the app, i can just shoot a pic of my paychecks and deposit instantly, however only if the check is 1500$ or less, but overall basic friendliness you would expect, but more clear on fees and interest rates compared to other banks who blur the lines. 2 thumbs up!

  I've always had good experiences at RCU. Until I went to the Napa branch to open a business account. The account was for a business partnership. One of the individuals in the partnership was disabled. It was really hard to get him out if the house and to the bank and I made that very clear to the banker. We waited for an hour, went in to open the account, and they wouldn't open the account for us because of a discrepancy in the paperwork. The check we were depositing had an "&" but our fictitious business name had "and". The other three words in the business name and on the check matched. He was very rude about everything, too. RCU totes that they are about the community, but at the Napa branch they only care about the wealthy account holders.

  Today CARLOS helped me to get my money back from Napa Court. I had a case open with the court of napa , Which I won! The county send my check back to redwood credit Union instead of me, which was a big mistake! So after months of waiting for my money, it turned out to be a huge mess, because now my money was “lost” no one knew where it went?! After weeks of dealing with this issue, I finally got someone who took care of me, spoke to CARLOS and he did the EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA MILE , to get it right and help me out! I just want to say CARLOS MADE MY DAY AND ALSO I FEEL HAPPY TO KNOW THAT THIS BANK HIRES PROFESSIONALS like Carlos ! I feel very happy and grateful that Carlos took care of me! Thank you RCU and Carlos! Thank you so much Stay safe
