  May I suggest that you compress the branches and move employees to a single branch so that at least one branch in the napa valley can serve full hours to the public?? Bank of America lacks real customer service. I get it, they may be understaffed, however the Trancas location states that the night deposit is available since all branches seem to close at 4pm. When I got there, the night deposit had a sign saying “sorry for the inconvenience we are not taking night deposit” so I drive across town to the 1st street location, I slipped my envelope into the night deposit but it seemed like a tight fit, there is no way to call and confirm the deposit was received. I get it, there is online, however I am trying to make a deposit for a 80year old who doesn’t work computers well. So sad our big banks have turned their backs on “community “ customer service. Frustrated.

  worst bank ever was scammed out of my disability money Bank America knows it wasn't me someone else did the money out in a different area totally to where I'm at they could care less about repaying my money I would never ever deal with Bank of America again on anything I regret and want to safeguard you people do not deal with them ever they are a low-life bank and they don't care about you.

  The second time they opened the doors late Today , nothing was written in a website that they were closed because today was Holidays???

  I have banked with Bank of America since I was 15. They were not shorthanded when it came to getting a car loan for my VW Superbeatle either. I paid only $64.50 per month on a car that cost only $2,995.00 brand new. They were the first to offer Homebanking services and also were the first to put in automated teller machines. I though that the teller girls made only minimum wage and that for being responsible for every penny of a person's money was too much. That's why at the CES show in Las Vegas I said to go forward with plans to make cash available for use at any hour of the day or night. I want to place Bank of America strongholds in EVERY OTHER COUNTRY by year's end...

  Arrived at 1540 on a weekday to eight people in line with two tellers, a bank manager and two loan officers. Im not a member of BoA, here to close a family members account. Through twenty minutes the line grew to thirteen plus and one of the tellers computers crashed. I understand that things happen, but the manager nor the other two employees aka loan officers failed to help with the customers in line or the crashed computer making the second teller to enquire help thru the other teller which then stopped all assistance to the customers. At 1605, the second teller switched to a different computer which they got to help some customers and then to me at 1620. Since i wasn’t doing direct money transaction, i was asked to wait for the manager in the lounge area. They charge you for having an account here...if your reading this, Switch to a credit union...there is a great one across the street and they have 5 tellers on weekdays.

  Worst bank in Napa by far. They consistently have too few tellers. I have to pay rent there is the only reason I step foot in that place. Usually a line from 15-25 people. The lost a 900$ Cash deposit I made there (they deposited into wrong account) and refused to have their “corporate office “ review their videotapes. Crooks!

  I’ve been using this branch for over two years, and I always appreciate how patient they are when I need to access my safety deposit box. There were other matters that came up earlier this year, and their branch managers (Claudia in particular) offered a great of their time and assistance. Their location within walking distance of downtown, Napa makes it very convenient too.

  In the middle of this pandemic we are forced to use the ATM right next to ATM. There are three machines. Instead of closing the middle machine, where we’d be approximately 6 ft apart, they have closed the one on the end. So we are on top of each other. Doesn’t this Bank of America have to look out for its costumers?

  The bank is fine and the staff is friendly but do not get a credit card from them. They provided no support when I had a dispute with a hotel in Santa Cruz that over charged us.
