  Poor customer service, poor communication standards all around. I have a few accounts with multiple banks and Redwood credit union never communicate changes or relay account information. Also, 1) Raised interest rates of credit card with no communication or explanation. Even with payments never late and account in good standing. 2)Redwood Credit union will communicate with creditors and ding your credit report with in days if account is overdrawn. While never attempting any communications with customer prior. It is Not acceptable and I would highly recommend not using this credit union.

  Thank you Jose A. for helping us early Monday morning when we needed to juggle some funds in our accounts to buy a car. You were the first person who greeted us when the doors opened at 9 a.m. in Sonoma. You were courteous, knowledgable, and responsive. It made a big difference in buying our vehicle.   I love the experience we have had at the Sonoma branch. We love the NEW area. It's much better! Such nice customer service there. We couldn't be happier with the service.   I have just had a remarkably good experience applying successfully for a home equity line with RCU. Every interaction with staff was helpful, pleasant and was able to ease me though to a successful conclusion. As a result, I have changed by bank from West America which has become increasingly "corporate" in it's dealings with me. I had been with Sonoma Bank for years and with the takeover by West America client relations deteriorated. RCU is a refreshing experience of the past when client relations and satisfaction mattered.

  They are great to work with to get a loan. If you have Quicken and use it to download transactions, forget it. I gave them a 5 because they have always been easy to work with though.

  Great customer service. Staff is very courteous. The times I have gone in, I usually get help right away or wait a few minutes. They always answer the questions I ask.

  Sat in office for 30 min and when talked to by the lone rep was told there was nothing he could do that i was give the wrong info.thanks for wasting my time and for not giving me your name to to complain to tour supervisr
