      Great bank since.... I've been banking there (2001). Busy branches.... Walked out (Dutton) because I could not afford to waste my time in a long line, it would make me late for other business. Fortunately my banking that day could wait. (5/25/22 1:30).

      Nice people but slow. Took 1.5 hours to open a savings account even though I was first in line for a banker 1 on 1. They show up 930ish not 9a. My new job only uses them for a health savings account.

      Great local credit union. I love banking with this institution. They treat you so much better than big banks do. Offer something for everyone. From checking and savings to investment advise to insurance for your home and car to low cost loans. And you get rewarded points when you use your credit card from then. I would not bank anywhere else.

      Worst location in town. Expect to wait no less than 20 minutes. I tried to put money onto the ATM yesterday (it was a Sunday) and it would not accept my cash. Came back to this branch this morning (monday) and at 9:15, the line was to the door and not moving. Since I had to be at work, I had no choice but to leave. Came back after work at 3:30 and now standing in line for 20 minutes. I'm happy that this bank has such a great reputation but PLEASE open another location in the Roseland area. We need it!!

      My 1st visit at this branch. I'm disabled and have had great difficulty even getting out of the house for any reason due to severe Chronic pain and related med changes these last 3 months and was pleasantly greeted at a check--in counter just inside door. I can't sit or stand for more than a few minutes so this was great. They direct you to the counter that would best suit your needs. Unlike some banks, they actually had a chair at the disabled counter. I was able to sit til it was my turn. (Thank you for that.) They pointed out a person In line and let me know I would be after that person. (Good communication!) There was also a sitting area with sofa...and self serve coffee while you wait-very nice and hospitable. Everyone seemed happy while waiting ( even though a Friday at lunch time), I only waited a few minutes. The service at the counter was outstanding in every way! Got all my banking needs met quickly and professionally. They even checked on me while waiting to make sure I was being taken care of and comfortable. This, in my book, comes under "Services above and beyond the call of duty!" 5 STARS RCU!! U R my new branch. 🎉🎈👑🙆😇😁👍Thank You. ... PS, The automatic door opener works-so no pushing or pulling a backbreakingly heavy door, Yay! "I'll be back!"

      ATM not accepting deposits, like how is that even a thing at a bank. Line of 20 people on a Saturday out the door, so ridiculous

      we closed our account on the fact that redwood credit union change our pin number without any notification whatsoever no mail no email notification nothing? they simply change our PIN number causing great distress embarrassment at time of purchaseing Christmas gifts for the family I could not purchases items at this time because I had no access to my money therefore I had to leave all the Christmas gifts I want to purchase behind. before I can retrieve them they were purchased by someone else Christmas was totally destroyed by redwood credit union, when confronted about this problem situation the rude woman at the main office in the cubicle in the main hallway she demanded that I change my pin number and change it for me using the numbers she shoved in my face then repeating the numbers out loud letting everyone in line to hear my new PIN number after being a member of this credit union for 12 years I closed my account immediately.. not one bank official employee or spokesperson could give me a reason why redwood would not allow my pin numbers and change them for me without any notification.... since this has happened to us I have recently found out that we are not the only victims of this insecure banking system, there are over 1000 other victims who have fallen to redwood banking problems#
