  I am so impressed with Bob F. he is always so kind and professional and when he says- contact me with any questions and concerns- he really means it. He always was available for whatever he could help you with. Sometimes refi's are not that easy and ours was difficult along each step of the way and he hung in there with no attitude and even made us feel comfortable when anxiety started to surface in us. He's a great guy and very informative- I have gained a new Loan officer and will give him referrals always! He is top of my list for sure! you won't be disappointed!!

  Big thanks to the team at Community First Credit Union, especially Bob Fryer, for a smooth escrow on a very difficult property. I recently purchased a float home. Floating homes are notoriously difficult to finance and insure. Bob couldn't have made the process any easier. No matter the hurdle (delays with escrow, issues from the inspection that needed correction, and insure) Bob was one step ahead. If I didn't have Bob on my side, I definitely would have pulled out all my hair before we closed. Thanks again!

  My experience with Community First was top notch! I highly recommend financing with them. I shopped rates and closing costs and Community First offered the best overall package, and that’s no surprise considering they are a local not for profit credit union. The best part is my loan agent Hally Swan genuinely cared that my needs were met and that my transaction closed successfully. I’ll definitely use Community First again.

  Excellent job by the team at Community First. I refinanced my home at a great rate to eliminate my mortgages at Redwood, to whom I gave a chance as well. Community was far better at customer service, timely correspondence, rates and a generally caring about my business. Kerrie Chambers orchestrated everything perfectly and made me feel like I mattered. After all it’s supposed to be communities first, right?

  Your mortgage loan officer Dawn Leandro was so great and exemplifies what member service is all about! She was fast, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, gave us a clear expectation of what to expect and most importantly, she was a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend her to friends and family as she makes the process smooth and enjoyable!

  Working with Community First Credit Union has been an ideal situation. Their offices are near, the staff is attentive and friendly. It’s nice to go to a “business” and be recognized. The Hamilton Branch is great. Nick was a great help several times! Hands down you can can’t beat the services they offer. Best rates around!

  Dawn Leandro was the Mortgage Loan Officer on our recent home purchase. If we purchase another property in the future, we definitely will want to work with her again. We enjoyed interacting with her. She worked hard on our behalf, was extremely responsive, and addressed all issues that arose. Our purchase included some non-standard aspects and Dawn handled them all.

  After finding the mobile home that I wanted to purchase I found I was in the position of having to secure a loan quickly as the seller was requesting a 25 day closing. My first application was made a little before 11 AM at first community credit union where I met with Justin Johnston. I was incredibly fortunate to be dealing with a very efficient and kind person. Upon presenting the required documentation to Justin, he was able to secure a prequalification that afternoon followed The next morning with a full qualification. First community you made the process easy for me and I want to thank Justin Johnston for his extra efforts on my behalf.
