  Worst location for a bank, the parking lot is always always full and the lines are out the door guaranteed Updated edit: Branch Manager Sean Anderson had a nice copy & paste reply to my criticism to try and save face to review readers but in the real world there is nothing Sean Anderson can do. The bank shares a already small parking lot with the other storefronts and with a massive hotel. Do yourself a favor to save time, go to another branch that has more parking and more then 2 bank tellers working. I also i bumped the rating down to one star from two because of Branch Manager Sean Anderson's lame response.

  I went into this branch and signed up for one of their VISAs. I intended to use it to pay off 2 other credit cards. I had them fill out the paperwork to transmit to my other credit cards to pay them off, while I sat there. I left the branch with my new VISA thinking everything was fine. Then I started getting late payment notices from my other 2 credit cards. Turns out RCU never sent the payoff info to my other 2 credit cards. Apparently, it "got lost in the shuffle". When I called to ask what they were going to do next, they said to just pay off my other 2 credit cards with my new VISA. I tried that and the other credit cards said, "you can't pay off a credit card with another credit card", it has to be a check or EFT. It is clearly amateur hour at this branch. They can't do the simplest of jobs, and they obviously don't have staff trained in standard banking regulations. Go to another place that has more professional people working in the branch.

  I have my personal and business accounts with RCU. It has been a great experience! They are always very helpful with all of my questions and requests. It's been more than 20 years of banking here. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you RCU!
